This might seem super simple but it is one of the most important things to haven place to get control of your life. Having a daily routine to follow and doing it without distraction. There are free templates I provide and you can get them by clicking on the link https://go.thetidytutor.com/routine-templates . I have a daily routine template and a meal planning template (I’ll do another video explaining the meal plan.

I include an example of my daily routine and an example of a daily routine for children. Inside this video I give you plenty of motivation to actually make this happen for you. I hope you’ll watch the video and let me know what you think. This might seem super simple but it is one of the most important things to haven place to get control of your life. Hi Lisa. G.I.F.T. stands for God, Imagine, Focus, and Thankfulness. Before getting out of bed. First think is to thin of God and give your day to him and all that you love, then imagine what you want the day to be like, Focus is for what is the focus for today, in TTU we have a focus for each day of the week, so before you get out of bed you would be sure to know what the focus is going to be on so we are not shoved off our game by a request for a family member or a distraction from our own head… and last to be thankful for something before we get out of bed 🙂 This is done in bed when eyes open 🙂
