This is a Facebook Live video that I did and converted it to share with you here.
What we do is: I chat about a topic for 15 minutes. I set a timer and you get to work doing something during that time. Today’s topic is “IGAD Disease!” So, click on the video and watch it while you work on something. Let me know what you did for that 15 minutes!
IGAD Disease is a term coined by Pam Young and Peggy Jones. It stands for “I Got All Day!”
I know you’ve heard the phrase: “If you want something done, give it to a busy person.”
Have you ever wondered why that is? The reason for that is because when you have actual appointments set, and things that you have to show up for it becomes urgent to get everything scheduled into your day and everything done.
The reason so many things fall by the wayside that we have to get done is because, without an absolute time set to do everything we’ve got to do, nothing is urgent and before we know it nothing gets done because we keep thinking that there will be more time.
Even if you have a nine to five and you leave the house every day and your, your, you have your weekends free, you can decide I’m going to do something on the weekend and then the whole weekend can go by with nothing done.
In this video, I give specific things you can do to crush IGAD Disease so that it becomes a thing of the past.
