Creating a morning and evening routine is something that many people have resistance to. If you don’t embrace routines you won’t succeed in getting it together at home… so to help you to actually participate in this challenge, I’ve decided to move ahead with it before the official start date. Watch the video below and get a head start!

Inside the video I give a list of what to write… Below is a list for you to copy on two 3×5 cards or simply on paper and post in your kitchen. It is super important that we have a list that we see and can check off as done. Doing this in concept won’t work. It has to be on paper.

  • Up on time
  • Make bed
  • Clothes in dryer
  • Drink glass water
  • Shower/Groom/Dress (or get cute)
  • Eat Breakfast
  • Put dishes away
  • Check to do list
  • *Fold Laundry

Evening Routine:

  • Check Calendar
  • Make to do list (from what was on your calendar for tomorrow)
  • Put things that you need for tomorrow by the door
  • Prepare for bed
  • Put on Pajamas
  • Brush teeth
  • Clothes away or in hamper
  • Wash a load of clothes
  • Dinner dishes done
  • Bed on time
